Hello! My name is Timothy, and my pronouns are he/him/his. I’m a multidisciplinary artist & designer currently based in my hometown of Baltimore by way of Hong Kong and the Philippines. I received my BFA in Interior Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in 2021. After graduating, I moved back home to begin a professional career as an Interior Designer.

Work aside, I started playing with clay in July 2022 during a Black and Queer-led ceramics program organized by Victoria Walton at NoMüNoMü. I then enrolled in a few introductory courses in wheel-throwing at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) under the guidance of Lauren Tolbert. The following year, I discovered the Potters Guild and enrolled periodically in both wheel and hand-building classes.

I enjoy creating decorative + functional objects for the home, especially my fried egg-shaped platitos. I’m also interested in experimenting with traditional Asian pottery forms, particularly the Filipino Palayok and Korean Moon Jar. More recently, I started teaching ceramic workshops and classes alongside Amanda Ly at Seeing Green Studio in Halethorpe, Maryland.
